Music is my passion, since my sister played bands such as Joy Division, The Chameleons, Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy and Siouxsie & the Banshees in our common bedroom. I collected every vinyl or cd, which contained some atmospheric guitars or low voices. I read small fanzines and mailorder catalogues to order new stuff to build up on my collector's items. At that time my mother was thinking that I had no other interests, which was true. Later on my musical background changed. In 1990 I loved groups like Ride, bands on the label Sarah Records, Pale Saints, Wedding Present and Kitchens of Distinction. My slow, melancholic dance was replaced by an energetic style. I wear multicoloured T-Shirts and Blue Jeans instead of black pullovers and black small cut jeans. By the way, during a 60’s party (!!!) I fell in love with a girl… remembrance time. Now I listen to bands like Interpol, Bloc Party, Bravery, The Editors, Elefant and Longwave to give a few examples. My love in music led to the purchase of an electric guitar and a 10 Watts amp. I tried to learn all the riffs from the bands I dreamed of. After a while I realised that playing guitar means hard work and that fun starts with a guitar book by “Peter Bursch”. My musical progress started with the weekly meetings with Stefan and Andre. Since then my different feeling towards rhyme and rhythm was accepted. Cheers.
